Join the Danish Association of Architects

The association is open to anyone with a master's degree from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen or from the Aarhus School of Architecture. If you have completed a similar study programme abroad you may also be accepted as a member.

Members of the Danish Association of Architects are entitled to add the title MAA to their name. The title 'Architect, MAA' is a protected and internationally recognised title for those practicing professionally in the field of architecture in Denmark, and only members of the Danish Association of Architects are entitled to use it.

As a member of the Danish Association of Architects you have access to a wide range of benefits and services to support you throughout your career, including the lively programme of membership events and activities including debates, conferences, courses and supplementary training programmes.

As a member you will receive a weekly newsletter that details the latest news, events and competitions, and on our website you will be able to join network groups that focus on many aspects of the architectural profession. The website is regularly updated with activities and information concerning both architects and related professions, allowing the sharing of interests, expertise and knowledge between professionals.

Your membership fee includes a monthly copy of the magazine ARKITEKTEN, and you are entitled to discounts on other magazines published by Arkitektens Forlag (The Danish Architectural Press) along with other special membership offers.
